Reminder on Chase Freedom: I’m being asked to remove my links.

Edit: This deal is no longer valid

Quick Reminder:

The Chase Freedom card changes on Monday at 10a.m. It could go up from it’s $200 sign-up bonus, but chances are it’s going down to $100 (already has on Chase’s website). If you are thinking about applying for the Freedom, I would before tomorrow morning. If the bonus does go up- then you can always send in a “secure message” and Chase will most likely “bump your bonus“.

Here’s my full blog post about the $200 Chase Freedom changing if you missed it.

Apply below for the Chase Freedom. I do receive a referral if you choose to use my link; only go through my link if you are satisfied with the service I provide.

Any idea on when the Chase Ink Bold is going up?

My guess is at the end of the month, but that could change any day. Chase seems to be getting sporadic with their c.c. deals and the Ink Bold’s minimum spend has already gone up on their public site.

Hey Noob, I tried to help my fiance get the Chase Freedom and Chase Ink Bold card but she got denied on the 1st reconsideration call. She did have a Chase Sapphire card more than a month ago. I’m wondering if you have any more tips on how she might get it. I’m worried she hasn’t had a long credit history (thats’ what the chase analyst said) but the truth is that she has a well over 700 score. Sadly we can’t do the transfer of credit limit because she only has $5000 which is the minimum on the chase sapphire. I’m wondering if I should just keep calling and see if we can get someone to approve. (I think you or another blogger called over 3 times) Also have you ever called on someone else.

Hey Ryan, Yes, I have been shut down before after one call. The Chase rep can definitely make a difference. I would recommend calling back and focus on talking about how she is going to use the card and why she wants the card (don’t mention the sign-up bonus). She can hand over the phone duties to you after she verifies her info and tells the Chase rep she wants you to handle the call. I do this with my wife every reconsideration phone call for her. You applied for both the Freedom and Ink Bold for her? You will probably only be able to get one pushed through since she just applied for the Sapphire and has a lack of credit history. I hope this helps and let me know how it goes. Please don’t hesitate to reach back out with more questions through comment or email.
