DirecTV 25,000 American AAdvantage Miles Offer is Baaack.
If you are switching cable/satellite providers and love AA miles, then pay attention.
A couple of months ago, I posted about this deal and signed up for it myself. I have already spent the 25,000 AAdvantage miles I received. Earn and burn.
I love earning miles for services that I already enjoy and partake in. Ha, partake.
Note: The terms and conditions say for “new customers only (with a 24 month lease)”. If you have had DirectTV before, then proceed at your own risk. In my experience, they will not give you the bonus. However, I signed up my new account under my wife’s name and was guaranteed the new customer deal. DirecTV did pull my wifes credit when signing her up. I wasn’t thrilled about this, but the 25,000 AA miles made up for it. The sign-up bonus of 25,000 AAdvantage mile was like getting the first year for free. Plus, only Directv has the NFL Ticket (sports reference).
The deal comes with a locked in rate of $29 per month for a year and then a rate of $45 the second year. In the past, when DirecTV raised the rate after the first year, I just called in and threatened to cancel. They then lowered my rate back to the introductory rate. How’s that for a reconsideration.
I would hop on this deal…it’s a good one if you are looking for a satellite provider. They are the best satellite company out there, and 25,000 AA miles is enough for a round trip domestic reward. I’ll take it!
