Help Me Pick the Right Radisson Blu.

Like many of you, I played the Radisson Big Night Giveaway this year. Now I’m looking to burn the Club Carlson Gold Points I earned. Jordan and I have a trip next month to Europe and here are the Radisson Blu properties I’m checking out.

Let me know if I’m leaving any out, or if you have some insight on any locations, please share. And if you have a bounty of Club Carlson points, then maybe this will give you some ideas as well.

Champs Elysees, Paris

This hotel runs 300 Euro a night for a standard room, and is located in the famous Golden Triangle neighborhood.

What a view!

Le Dokham’s Hotel

This beauty usually runs 255 Euro a night for a standard room, and is a quick walk away from the Eiffel tower. I do love the layout and design of this hotel. Classy.

Classy All the Way.

Dubrovnik Sun Gardens, Croatia

This is also another option for us to burn our Club Carlson Gold points. Balling.

Oh, Croatia is calling my name.

Radisson Blu es. Hotel, Rome

I think the picture says enough. Not sure if we will make it over to Rome, but just in case.

Can I be there now?

These are the four options I’m currently thinking about. I know- first world problems, right? I’m just grateful I have the opportunity (points) to go to Europe, and I’m sure I would be happy at any of these locations. But please let me know if you have stayed at any one of these properties or have other suggestions.

Have a great Friday!

In my notes I have noted the Dublin, Paris and Aruba properties

Thanks for the recommendations George! Dublin is definitely on my short list.

The nicest Radisson Blu has to be the one in Istanbul. It gets excellent reviews on tripadvisor, the location is great, and its right on the Bosphorous. Rooms go for $250-400, depending on the season, so it’s a great redemption value.

The hotel in Rome has a nice stock photo, but if you look on Tripadvisor, it’s kind of beat up and only has 3 stars. I’d definitely check out Istanbul at some point. To me, it beats Paris and most other cities I’ve been to in Europe.

Thanks for tips Ariana! I’m probably not going to be making it over to Rome this time anyway…. Let the research on Istanbul begin.

@ Noob, If you’ve got the points for it, consider staying at the Park Hyatt while you’re there. Everyone has been raving about it and it looks really beautiful. You can’t go wrong with the Radisson Blu with your Club Carlson points though. The location is superb.

I will be using 2 suite nights at the Park Hyatt. ;) But I plan on doing a few nights in Paris to try out some other properties as well.

Chicago looks really nice. We’re staying at the Radisson Blu Vienna Style in November. Very pricey property…thanks SOGO promo!

Chicago does look like the best domestic property….Gotta love the SOGO promo!

We’re doing 2 suite nights at the Park Hyatt and 4 nights at the Radisson Blu Le Metropolitan. We picked Le Met over the Le Dokham since it was more modern looking and some rooms have a view of the eiffel tower in the window/balcony.

Nice! That’s definitely a possibility for you us too. Having a view of the Eiffel tower would be killer!

    That Croatia one looks amazing!!
